I’m a mum, an ex-software developer, a leader, a self-proclaimed coaching geek, and a nature-lover 🌿
My path into ADHD and emotions coaching began at home.
When my eldest daughter was diagnosed with ADHD, we had a lot to learn. We were filled with questions and faced the overwhelming amount of information that's available. Medication wasn’t the right route for her, so together we began exploring how to work with her ADHD.
We experimented, reflected, and worked together to learn how to use her natural strengths, manage emotional energy, and navigate the transition into adulthood with more confidence and self-awareness.
Some of our most meaningful chats about ADHD didn’t happen at the dinner table or in front of a screen. It happened outside. It was nature that gave us the space and perspective to slow down, calm down, listen, and make sense of things together.
That experience changed the way I work as a coach. It showed me how powerful nature can be — it's grounding, softening the intensity of work and life, and helps us reconnect with what’s important: the relationship with ourselves, others, and the world around us.
