Here's a bit about me

Hello!

Following a long career in software development, five years ago, I was promoted from senior developer to team leader. Moving from peer to leader was quite the leap - relationships, responsibilities and how I communicated had to change to become the leader I knew I needed to be.

Since then I have worked as a Technical People Manager and a coach. I work with many diverse minds, and as a trained emotions and ADHD coach, I have helped my clients grow their confidence and skills so they can achieve the career they aspire to have.

I feel privileged to work with leaders who want to grow their emotional confidence and resilience. It's not always easy to do the work, it takes courage and action to lead by example. However, it can be transformational for the relationship we have with ourselves, with our teams and in our personal lives too.

My clients tell me they enjoy how I create a supportive, calm and safe space where they feel empowered to face challenges and take meaningful action:

"If you're looking for a coach who listens deeply, breaks things down into actionable steps, and creates a supportive space for growth, I highly recommend working with Mandy"
