My coaching approach is individualised and adaptive to you — there’s no one-size-fits-all.

  • Free 20 minute non-salesy discovery call
  • 1:1 coaching - virtual and in-person/in-nature sessions (depending on location)
  • Team coaching - priced following consultation 
  • Access to Work ADHD coaching are welcome

 

Team and in-person coaching can be arranged via prior agreement and within the south west area (UK)
